was done on the side-lines of the 16th
Annual
Distributors Conference at Hotel Forte Grand, Chanakyapuri New Delhi
which saw participation of nearly all distributors from across India.
To mark the occasion the company has launched the Bikano's Diwali

ReplyDeleteYesterday I visited Bikanervala outlet located at A2/43, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi with my order No. being 2087 21:51 12/1-/13 MKC. I ordered Dal Makhani, Nan and Shai Paneer. No doubt I along with my colleagues and family member usually visit Bikanervala because of the sumptuous taste it offers and discipline. Unfortunately, yesterday i.e. on 12/10/13, I was very much disappointed to order "Shai Paneer" which was totally a disaster dish with nothing but tasteless gravy with only very small chunks of paneer in it. For the first time I came disappointed to ordered that dish for Rs.160/- I will never forget to feel such a horrible experience after tasteing the dish. Through this letter I want to place this complaint to the management so that you can judge what's going on in your various outlets. We didn't get value for money product and got disappointed.
